  1. Transkeralatours.com is primarily a travel community. Blogs hosted at Transkeralatours.com are preferred to be on topic i.e. about travel. In the interest of all visitors do not base your blog on any of the following subjects: politics, religion.
  2. Your blog must not be used for promotion of your website or product. Linking to your website will only be permitted if it is purely informational with no advertisements, affiliate links or other commercial elements.
  3. No affiliate links.
  4. Use of Transkeralatours.com is restricted to persons 14 years of age or older.Any photo containing cartoons, comics, celebrities, nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted image (unless you own the copyright) is not permitted. Photos of celebrities and cartoon or comic images are generally copyrighted by the owner.
  5. No links to warez, porn, hate sites, or other questionable content. Uploading images of other people without their permission is also prohibited.
  6. Do not copy articles or content from other websites for redisplay in your blog. A snippet of an article followed by a link to the original article is acceptable. The reasons to link to an article should be informative only and not for self-promotion or commercial purposes.
  7. Administrators and moderators have the right to edit or delete any questionable content in your blog without warning. Submitted photos are limited to a size of 600KB and must be in GIF or JPG format.
  8. All content uploaded or displayed by the user, including text and images, remains the exclusive property of the user.
  9. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notification.
  10. You agree to indemnify and hold the owners of Transkeralatours.com harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your violation of these terms.
  11. This information is valid only for the Transkeralatours.com website and not for other sites that may be consulted by the user through links contained in the Transkeralatours.com site.
